• Braunston Ltd reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any item we believe breaches copyright or any other law, or that Braunston Ltd deem to be offensive, or that may damage Braunston Ltd’s equipment.
• Braunston Ltd are bound by copyright laws which limit the reproduction of works and proportion thereof.
• Images from magazines, catalogues, the internet etc, CANNOT be used in publications unless express permission of the copyright owner is granted.
• It is illegal to photocopy in colour any certificates, money, licences or other legal documents.
• When ordering letterheads and invoices it is a legal required for businesses to display all registration numbers (VAT numbers, Company Registration Number, etc).
• Full payment must be made prior to print or design work commencing.
• All effort will be made to meet quoted time scales, but Braunston Ltd cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.
• Any design work produced by Braunston Ltd is to be proofed and signed off, once a proof has been approved it is the responsibility of the customer if there are any errors in design.
• Whilst all care will be taken with customers property Braunston Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss whilst on the premises.
• Laminating is an irreversible procedure. Braunston Ltd cannot be held responsible for any unwanted results to customer’s originals. Some items are unsuitable for lamination and we reserve the right to refuse this procedure on these grounds.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Braunston Ltd reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate appropriate at that time.
• All major credit & Debit cards are accepted. Card payments under £10.00 will incur an additional charge of 50p.
• Braunston Reprographics are unable to accept cheques.
• These terms are non negotiable.
• Whilst all care has been taken Braunston Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any errors on their website.
• Please remember the quality of a reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original supplied.
• All artworks produced remain the property of Braunston Ltd and cannot be reproduced until permission has been made expressly by Braunston Ltd.
• All products produced by Braunston Ltd remain the property of Braunston Ltd until full payment has been made.
